Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2016 and Notice of 2017 AGM
In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, Secure Trust Bank PLC (the "Company") has submitted a copy of each of the following documents to the National Storage Mechanism:
-- 2016 Annual Report & Accounts; -- Circular including the Notice of the 2017 Annual General Meeting; and -- Form of Proxy for the 2017 Annual General Meeting.

Posting of the documents to shareholders is taking place on 7 April 2017.
