They are not letting this go for some reason, yesterday quite a few buys disguised as sells.There was 400k sell near close but after close there was 400k buy. A loss of £1k was made buying it back.Someone is scaring ppl not to buy...Is there an takeover offer coming?

Long time holder here.

My screen is showing some chunky trades in SDX. Hard to decern if this is a leak or simply traders taking positions. The price isn't moving.

Games being played here IMO.

Happy to ride this out on a risk reward.

SPUDDING OF HA-1X WELL AT SOUTH DISOUQ

SDX Energy Plc (AIM: SDX), the MENA-focused energy company, is pleased to announce the spudding of the Hanut-1 exploration well ("HA-1X"), the second well in the Company's 2021 two-well drilling campaign in South Disouq following the successful IY-2 well announced in July.

The HA-1X exploration well on the Hanut prospect spudded on 4 August. HA-1X is targeting a Basal Kafr El Sheikh prospect at approximately 5,200 feet TVDSS. The Hanut prospect is estimated to contain gross unrisked mean recoverable volume of 139bcf (23.2 million boe) with a 33% chance of success. SDX has a 55% working interest in the well and the Company's audited working interest 2P reserves as at 31 December 2020 equated to 11.1 million boe. The well is expected to take approximately one month to drill, and the Company will update the market on completion of drilling (and if successful, testing) operations.

Mark Reid, CEO of SDX, commented:

SDX awaitng results of a transformational drill - while bottom surfing near 52W lows for Share Price which hugely undervalue existing reserves / business :(

"At Share Price of 14.5p Mkt cap GBP27.8 million Or US$41 million (GBPUSD 1.38)
Enterprise Value of $32m (Market Cap $41m - Debt(ZERO Debt) - Cash $9m)

EV in GBP of £23.2m only on a company which generates over GBP£24m / US $33m cash flow per annum. [Calculation doesn't account for inventories of $4-5 million)

If hanut comes in the reward is juicy, if it doesnt the downside is limited.

This stock is cheap as it gets!!!

I am a disillusioned holder here. I totally accept the SDX appears to be undervalued but perhaps it's undervalued because investors can't see how they are going to get a decent return ?
