Rumobejo, why?

I concede that it can definitely get that low if there's manipulation, PI's continue to dump without significant institutional buying. But why else? It will be valued at cashflow - possibly even cash in a year or so - or less with an enterprise value of US$13m (probably less as cash may well start to increase soon as CAPEX spend on SD is apparently finished).

SDX's earnings are in dollars too which have greatly appreciated versus the pound. This current valuation is ludicrous enough, let alone a valuation at 10p or US$24m market cap.

Not long until Mid August and the arrival on site of the CPF, I see this as a major test for the new temp. CEO. Can he deliver or is he just like PW. Here's hoping

Shakeypremis, just that AXA Framlington are pretty good fund managers.

Yep, saw that too. No one ever seems to bother notifying when it comes to SDX.

That Morningstar page is also stating that River & Mercantile have reduced their holding from 6.45% to 1.92% If so, that should have been disclosed as well.

As of 30th April 2019 according to SDX

We should get a TR-1 notification for this at some point shouldn't we? Over the 3% reporting threshold.

tli8jaguar, what do you mean?

I seem to remember them holding SDX shares in the past. Maybe it wasn't the same fund but definitely the same institution.

AXA Framlington UK Smaller Companies Acc have bought 6,320,331 shares (or 3.09% of the company) recently. It appears that there were net sells from funds/institutions in July but only to the tune of about 900,000 shares. Not a whole lot. Will this holding be reported to the market at some point???

Rumobejo, that is pure conjecture. You could of course end up being right, but it is still conjecture. I still maintain SDX could have done a financing at a much higher price than today had they so wanted, certainly not on their own terms, you are right, that's not how it works, but on much better terms than today's share price.

They also haven't used the debt financing yet. It's from the EBRD on better terms than they'd get from a private bank.

The purpose of the Capital Reduction is to restructure the issued share capital and reserves of the Company and to create distributable reserves to facilitate the payment of future dividends, when it becomes commercially prudent to do so.
