Yes but can you see the top 2no holders excepting such a deal with SD to come online by end of the year and what they could have sold at just 6 months ago!!

Would be amazed is a naff deal could get voted through.

What is the rule about takeover offer pricing? It has to come at a level that is the same or higher than some kind of average price over a certain time frame. I wonder what that price is at right now...

I recall warning people against this company and questioning the acquisition. If it was a bargain for SDX then it had to be a bad deal for the other party. I was drowned out by the likes of Tournesol who claimed SDX was the best opportunity since Soco! Now it looks like SDX were sold a pup after all. At 10p this may be worth a punt but avoid until then. The assets are very questionable.

jb I wasn't referring to SDX longer term prospects which I am optimistic about (as a holder). I was answering 1rickyb's comment about another fall and suggesting it may have been due to some people chasing upward movement elsewhere.

Unless I missed something we're not due any operational newsflow until Q4.
