21/12/2017 01:06 | Nice to see the positive vibes eminating from PW and I really hope he is right with his "2018 will be a better year" prediction. We can only see whether that comes to be this time next year but the signs are there that he could be right. Wishing all SDX holders good fortune during the New Year! | lauders
20/12/2017 19:24 | Brasso3: thanks for flagging that. I have just watched and was very impressed. The convincing investment case is well made. | saucepan
20/12/2017 19:03 | There is an end of year update on SDX homepage for those who have not seen it. | brasso3
20/12/2017 18:58 | Will we need another fundraising though? By the end of 2018 we will have earned £40m from Moroccan gas alone | micktrick
20/12/2017 16:17 | Once his existing institutional investors are done with dumping approximately 16,559,455 remaining Common Shares issued for the fund raising, You should all expect again from Dilution Lover, Mr. Pinocchio to complete another successful private placement in the first quarter of 2018. | tombul
20/12/2017 14:16 | It's the week before Christmas, so it's expected that volumes will be subdued whilst so many people are on holiday. The end of year video and presentation released yesterday were both excellent, and I am really pleased they have printed the 2.5 TCF potential for South Disouq, as this confirms what Paul said to us at the Proactive meeting in October (it's actually increased as he gave a range back in October of between 1.5 to 2.2 TCF). This confirms (I believe for the first time) the development plan in Egypt has now been agreed. With the spud date for Ibn Yunus being slated for the 15 Jan, I would expect the share price to begin climbing after the Christmas break in anticipation of this result. This is the largest structure identified. What's unclear from the presentation however is the plan to target deeper oil in SD, is this going to be a separate drill later in the year, or is this to be included in one of the four programmed drills currently scheduled? Hopefully some clarity on this soon. Either way, 2018, particularly Q1 looks rather promising. | griffin81
20/12/2017 12:49 | That would be my guess Corgies2, but still mere speculation. | shakeypremis
20/12/2017 12:43 | I can only think and believe that until discoveries are booked as reserves the position will not change....didn't PW say as much > | corgies2
20/12/2017 12:25 | No one can. It's all conjecture. All we can do is follow is go on publicly available information and also follow the money to a certain extend. Some institutions have definitely been selling down here but there has been an insider (the NED) acquiring boat loads of shares through an investment vehicle in Caymans, MEA Energy I believe is the name. | shakeypremis
20/12/2017 12:15 | Again I ask. Why is there so little interest in this company? Ridiculously little trading today. It’s not as if there has been no news or positive comment about the share recently. Every commentator has been gushing ( Malcy, Booker99 and all the Twitteratti) I cannot remember seeing such unanimously positive vibes surrounding any share yet 50000 shares bought and sold today. I am utterly puzzled. Can anyone help me understand the lack of interest never mind the fact that we are still at 50p? | dsmith57
19/12/2017 20:54 | Up again in the great white north | drmaccers
19/12/2017 14:08 | Aha!!! See what you mean...... Page 20 comes up with the legend "Click to edit master style" on my PC before moving on to South Disouq!! | thegreatgeraldo
19/12/2017 13:46 | tgg I hope the P20 figures aren't rogues :) ps The crowd helping out BP are bubbling along nicely. | captain james t kirk
19/12/2017 13:17 | Page 20 seems to be a rogue!!! Same page has popped up on previous presentations! | thegreatgeraldo
19/12/2017 13:11 | Best download it and view offline. There's some hi-res graphics on P19 & P20 that are slowing it down for me too. | phowdo
19/12/2017 13:00 | I've never mentioned this before but does anyone else have problems scrolling the SDX presentations.Mine have always locked around the P20 area. | captain james t kirk
19/12/2017 12:02 | How is recovery of Circle money outstanding from Egyptian govt. progressing? | the drewster
19/12/2017 10:43 | And the share price goes down, priceless. £'s not $'s shakey. | soulsauce
19/12/2017 10:42 | Sorry my mistake 204m odd shares spread across two exchanges. | shakeypremis
19/12/2017 10:40 | Soulsauce, isn't the market cap higher than $100m when you take in to account the shares on the TSX? | shakeypremis
19/12/2017 09:40 | Can anyone else find another oiler with NO debt and working capital of $57.9m that has a mkt cap of just over £100m - crazy. | soulsauce
19/12/2017 09:34 | Excellent presentation. Lots in there to be excited about. I find of particular interest future contracts for gas in Morocco likely to come in at $12, that is a significant uplift (33%) on current production and a massive cash cow. | soulsauce
19/12/2017 08:56 | Did anyone read the bit at the end of the new December presentation about South Disouq and the 'anticipated flow rates'? They are saying they expect 50-100mmscf/d (8.3-16.6kboe/d gross, SDX has a 55%WI and I guess the greedy government will take about 50% of the whole SD program although will have to check that). I'm not sure if 50-100mmscf/d is from SD-1X alone or from the additional Kelvin and Yunus prospects although you would think just SD-1X (with the additional development wells planned for ear!y nexgt year) as those other prospects haven't even been drilled yet. That's a lot of gas and it's going to be sold for something like $4/mscf. | shakeypremis
19/12/2017 08:40 | The production and cash flow are great. The one thing that seems to be missing at the moment is on the reserves side. Hopefully SD can provide the missing piece of the jigsaw. Q1 looks like it could be very interesting. | rettah |
