19/1/2015 10:39 | An excellent trading update and a strong breakout to boot. I am surprised there has been no other comment here today! Anyone still around? | saucepan
29/10/2014 10:52 | Breaking out here today. Heavy volume in the past few days and CEO buying (well his family). CR | cockneyrebel
06/8/2014 22:07 | Im going to kill the guy who sold me this Cackio calculator but still I think that purchase by the directors partner of £1.5 million worth of shares at £3 should give others confidence. | she-ra
06/8/2014 20:33 | Umm, 22.1p x 11 = 243p. 22.1p x 15 = 330p. So PE 18 months ahead is 15 even with the highest forecast (other brokers reckon 18-19p). Not disputing they're good value if the recovery proceeds to plan, just the maths. | wjccghcc
06/8/2014 15:29 | Where do you get a PE of 11? Consensus 2015 forecast is for 19.3p which gives them a PE of 16-17. | wjccghcc
06/8/2014 15:26 | IC view is weird. They have come out with a sell recommendation. Something a bit funny about that. Oh anyone in Wandisco, a company that doesn't make a profit unlike SDL,since they recommended a hold at 1290p in March 2014? Hold was a great recommendation there. Now convinced SDL will be taken over. Forward 2015 pe of approx 11 is ridiculous for a market leader in a growth sector. | she-ra
03/8/2014 17:45 | All though low volume ahead of Tuesday's interims. At these levels, I would be surprised not to see this company eventually bid for by an American rival. | brummy_git
01/7/2014 22:51 | This one is moving up nicely... | weatherman
20/6/2014 15:29 | Its bizarre that SDL has such a low share price when one considers that in language translation software it holds an 80% market share and is now helping to expand that market with the first cloud service for translation software and a translators marketplace. That alone would justify this share price but it is also a leader in the field of web content management. The interdependence between language translation and web content management has never been stronger in this ever globalizing world. The £1.5 million purchase of shares by the CEO's partner in December was very encouraging and a massive vote of confidence. I could really see Adobe or Microsoft making a move for this company | she-ra
08/5/2014 02:45 | What's your guess, pray do tell. | deanowls
07/5/2014 18:24 | No, I'm guessing it will be something else. | she-ra
07/5/2014 15:46 | Probably means previous seller is now out | brummy_git
07/5/2014 15:11 | What's going on here then? up nearly 10% in 2 days whilst the Nasdaq has been dropping quite a lot. | she-ra
30/4/2014 16:35 | They announced a small turnaround this week, look up the rns's. | deanowls
30/4/2014 15:11 | PI's r last to know :0( | tanelorn
17/4/2014 14:52 | Interesting holding by shareholder RGM Capital who have built up a 5% stake. They built up a 7% stake in Kewill Systems before Francisco Partners made a bid for Kewill. Just so happens Francisco Partners own Webtrends a company SDL would complement and who have a partnership agreement with. RGM Capital's only other shareholding they have or had is Kofax. Thoughts anyone? | she-ra
05/3/2014 02:35 | im guessing Panmure did then! | deanowls |
