SDCL Energy Efficiency Income Trust plc ("SEEIT" or the "Company") confirms that its annual report and audited financial statements for the period ending 31 March 2019 (the "2019 Annual Report") is now available to view and download from the Company's website at www.sdcleeit.com. A copy of the 2019 Annual Report has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.

Those shareholders who have previously requested communications in paper format have been mailed a copy of the Annual Report and Audited Financial Statements.
