05/9/2022 17:15 | Me too... expecting to get full allocation | 8w
05/9/2022 17:13 | Decided to apply for a small amount to top up my holding. I'm hoping to pick them up for 113p - and as no dealing costs or stamp duty, it seemed to make sense to apply. Put the order in today for the Offer. | gateside
04/9/2022 02:00 | I'm going to apply for a large amount relative to my portfolio because I at least save the 0.5% stamp duty. I also see the target of £100m as quite low and easy to achieve relative to SEIT's market cap of £1.1bn. Likely that many institutions will still buy in and I still expect there to be a scaling back exercise. | apollocreed1
03/9/2022 21:53 | Anyone planning to participate in the current REX retail offer? | andy246
02/9/2022 09:01 | You can buy in the open market at 114p Unfortunate timing on their part, with the Market having a bad week. I think I'll pass on the offer too. | gateside
02/9/2022 07:38 | The indicative price of 113-117 looks to have been overtaken by events. I'll leave the offer for others, I think. | jonwig
01/9/2022 07:38 | Placing and retail offer: Price depends on demand. Closes on 6th or earlier. Second RNS has a trading update. | jonwig
12/7/2022 08:20 | New £100m investment: 69 Mw, bought from UU, mostly solar. The FITs are RPI-linked, so inflation protection, and no opportunity for "excess profits". Already operational. I don't know if £1.45m/Mw is cheap or expensive. It's not easy to get a consistent picture. I've seen solar costs at "$1m per Mw", but that's probably building from scratch. | jonwig
30/6/2022 07:57 | They read well. I was looking particularly at their inflation exposure, whic is well-explained under "Inflation rate sensitivity". This caught my eye: The Company's exposure to inflation via its investment portfolio is currently largely to the USA and Europe with c.55% and c. 22% of NAV respectively although the level of exposure to inflation in underlying investments in each geography varies. The investment portfolio as at 31 March 2022 has a positive correlation to inflation with approximately half of the current portfolio by value having revenues that are partly or wholly inflation linked. Two other companies are in the same sub-sector, TEEC and AEET. For some reason, neither has made much progress in comparison. TEEC is a plodder, and AEET - well!!! | jonwig

15/6/2022 09:44 | Don't get too worried. On 24 March they said: the fourth interim dividend in relation to the year ending 31 March 2022, expected to be announced by the Company in May/June 2022 | jonwig
15/6/2022 09:33 | Cheers, Markets are bad enough. Last thing I need is long delays with dividend payments... | igoe104
15/6/2022 09:07 | Still no dividend update from the company? Have emailed the company - I'll let you know if i get a reply. | gateside
13/6/2022 08:36 | Looks like the quarterly dividend is going to be late...🤔 | igoe104
07/6/2022 13:23 | Surprised we have not had a dividend announcement yet.Last year it was announced on 28th May and went ex dividend on 10th June. | gateside
23/5/2022 07:50 | Some interesting new projects annunced here: | jonwig
25/3/2022 07:25 | Results of the Placing Further to the announcement on 24 March 2022, the Board of Directors (the "Board") of SDCL Energy Efficiency Income Trust plc is pleased to announce the results of the issue of new Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company ("New Ordinary Shares") (the "Placing"). Following a book-building process, the Board has determined the size of the Placing to be GBP100 million and will issue a total of 86,956,522 New Ordinary Shares at an issue price of 115 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Placing Price").
