11/2/2020 07:41 | All away at 220p which is okay. Hopefully they will have gone to some decent Institutional holders & the share price can then start to recover. | martinthebrave
10/2/2020 22:00 | Think they will have to take a fair haircut to get 25% away in one go, maybe even sub £2.00? Better that they are all out, though, even if the price takes a big short-term hit. If they don't get them all away, then the market will know that the rest will be coming to the market as soon as the next lock-up period ends, and it would make no sense to buy any until the final chunk is placed. | dangersimpson2
10/2/2020 17:36 | TBH I was half expecting this to occur. I tend to see these occurrences as price action - they certainly cannot be regarded as company news in any real sense. That amount of stock in the market is never going to be good for the price. Conversely of course it represents quite the opportunity for an investor to time a bargain. From your perspective this could prove quite fortuitous I would think? | thorpematt
29/1/2020 19:24 | Surprised by the uplift in sales last period. All we have heard across the retail sector is poor xmas trading, with pre-xmas all about uncertainty due to election and brexit. I am guessing that forward trading is likely to be improved a tad with these last 2 issues out of the way, so 2020 may well compare well on LFL ratios. Looking at the valuation here, it would appear that the market has priced in abject failure. I calculate that if the company used its surplus cash to buy back stock it could more than readily cancel half the shares, giving it a PER of 5 and a yield of 14% As it stands an EV / EBITDA ratio of less than 2 rather sums up the situation. | thorpematt
29/1/2020 07:47 | Given what is going on out there, and these are discretionary purchases, I think this a well managed business. Its battened down and doing well in tough times. As ever, the market will judge... | kevph

09/10/2019 15:14 | Are home sales falling at an alarming rate in the whole industry? "The firm went into administration on Tuesday, after an "unprecedented fall in sales" over the last 10 weeks." | clocktower

30/4/2019 22:53 | I always find NED appointments fascinating. Not so sure that I'd like to see the share price performance at BWNG during tenure repeated here however. Track record and performance is not the key criteria always of course... Always good to gets some gender balance on the board I suppose. | thorpematt
29/4/2019 20:43 | I think there maybe a special div in the pipeline .. there must excess cash building up and I 8magine the Vc investor wld like some of it .. DFS used to do this years and in accounted for the bulk of the return | woozle1
