High value IT question ,,,, I'm in this and USA (Baillie Gifford us tech). My question is, do you set a max percentage of portfolio to any single IT? For what it's worth I get sweaty at 20 percent in any single IT

Less than 2 months ago on 29th. Sep, Palantir IPO'd at $10 and now it has rocketed to $24.

That's + 140% in 8 weeks and up 15% today.

since posting, the PREMIUM -TO-NAV on ChiGro has skyrocketed from 5% to 30%.

Demand for shares in this new and exciting fund is such that Baillie Gifford/ChiGro have today issued an RNS convening a General Meeting later this month to approve issuing a further 10million shares and disapply pre-emption rights.

I don't think 10 million will be enough.

Zillow surges a massive 15% yesterday on the back of excellent Quarterly figures to new ALL-TIME-HIGH of US$115.

Exceeds all revenue and profitability and user traffic forecasts, ending the Quarter with cash balances of $3.8billion.

Zillow has surged 25% in last two sessions and rapidly recovered to new all time high after recent tech sell-off to $88.

Extract from latest announcements:

Zillow is a volatile stock and a darling of traders.

Recently sky-rocketed to $112 and subsequently fell back with the market to $90.

Momentum building fast again and already back to $97.

Next stop $120.

With all-time low interest rates and massive government economic stimulus, the backdrop for real estate services champion, Zillow is very favourable.
