There's no problem issuing shares at a premium. Not entirely convinced by their new strategy though. Sold half of mine a while back and may sell the rest if we get a final bull market rally. These will perform well as long as US stocks continue to do well. When the bull market finishes, these will lose a lot of value very very quickly.

Not in the short term no. However long term one must assume they can use the capital to make greater returns - otherwise why issue more shares?
