Quite easy really, just go to the Baillie Gifford website. hxxp://www.bailliegifford.com/individual-investor/how-to-invest/share-plan.aspx

I'd like to drip feed into this trust, could somebody please advise? On trustnet it says you can put in as little as £30 per month but I have no idea how to. I can buy chunks through my SVS account but that's not what I want to do. Many thanks. Osi'.

Good results from TenCent, Chinese internet co. 65 rise in the share price. This is SMT's second largest position, I think.

If you want a graph, try trustnet.com. Hopefully the link below works, but if not, just go to the Investments tab, then Investment Trusts, find SMT by searching for Baillie Gifford, select SMT, select the performance tab, then discount/premium. http://www.trustnet.com/Factsheets/Factsheet.aspx?fundCode=ITSMT&univ=T&pagetype=performance#disc Hope this helps. You can see that the discount peaked at the beginning of December 2011, which was followed by a sharp share price rally.

It's a pretty boring share! It does extremely well when the markets go up, does very badly when they go down. Must be the gearing. Good long-termer though, I'm happy with my holding.

and it doesn't appear to be stopping either. Long term holder of this as a main Investment trust since 1990 - quietly contented to say the least.

Brilliant to see 650! It only got up to 630 earlier in the year when the FTSE was 150 points higher. Am extremely happy with this share. regards
