So we have money, what seems like a rather excellent management team, just no business. I love this gambling!

I suppose at some point soon there will need to be clarification on the following;

December 28 2016 - David Williams, Chairman.

"The wealth of experience and contacts from our new Directors means that we are alive to a number of opportunities and we hope that loyal shareholders see some positive action on this front in the New Year".

bostonborn.

October 2013.
Plymouth Minerals acquired 80% of the Morille Tungsten Project from Aurum for cash plus a sum of shares (in Plymouth) to be issued to Aurum after twelve months.

"Aurum will retain a 20% carried interest in the Morille Project. Plymouth will retain the right to acquire this 20% at any time for GBP 2.5m. Once a decision is reached to proceed with a mining project at Morille, Aurum can choose to dispose of its interest, fund a percentage, or convert to a 0.5% net smelter return".

How much are the Gold & Tungsten mines in Spain worth? There may be news of this next, hopefully NOT a fire sale. They will perhaps sell to their partners in the mines.

Don't forget (I'm sure you won't) that we are, at this point in time, a grossly over-priced, underperforming mining company - true value, less than a penny.

Tech IP - thanks. Just never seen it before that you can buy below the quoted mid-price. Looks as though therefore the real share price is quite a few % points lower than quoted.

sarratoga - my trade was at 10.33 for 50,000 bought and was surprised to get them at 7.7p - pleased of course odd that it was listed as a 'sell', but then the following 'sells' at the same price were probably all 'buys'. Maybe a glitch or maybe a ploy to get sellers out in force if there's shortage of stock?

Tech_IP - these larger trades are making me think that perhaps an announcement is on the horizon. I'm not suggesting insider trading but it is only a matter of time before an announcement.

Just finding its feet I think and some small pi's exiting because the price hasn't moved for a few days and some churn from the placing stock. Most of the larger trades are buys and then we have a trade over 600k made to pay a significant premium over 8p.

Loadsdosh - is that a worry, the quoted mid-price stayed stubbornly at 7.75p until well after 12.30pm. Seems odd you could buy below the quote?

I also bought in a further trade this morning at 7.7p and it's showing as a 'sell' - along with a few other transactions which might well be 'buys'.

DGW - have a look at the strategy blurb at the front of the 31 December 2013 accounts for Airbus DS Ltd (also known as Cassidian UK - ultimate parent company EADS)). The CEO was Mr M Stevens (June 2012 to Sep 2014). Now as CEO of SWG, it seems possible that he might look at similar businesses as potential targets. If it assists in narrowing the niche and you are aware of any possible targets please share.

SWG NED, Mr R Southwell was also a director of Airbus DS Ltd. In 2013, the accounts report revenues of £59.7m and operating loss of £32.4m.

As you may know, you can access the accounts free using Companies House beta service.

21 December 2016.

"Currently, the Company has an initial pipeline of acquisition targets which fits this profile".

"There can be no assurances that any or all of the initial acquisition targets will be secured. If an opportunity is secured it will most likely be an acquisition of all, or the majority of, the share capital of a business. Any such acquisition will represent a fundamental change of business and will be classified under the AIM Rules for the Company as a reverse takeover and will therefore be subject to shareholders' approval and the other requirements of AIM Rule 14".

the cyber security market is enormous - you only have to read in the papers about regular computer hacking into major corporate companies - cyber security needs are massive
This guy David Williams is not to be underestimated - apart from Breedon he has built up a number of companies from scratch - the team he's building up now is talented - some major players - its all on the web site
I reckon its a 3 year project - but this could be a massive opportunity for those of us who are in at this level

Sarratoga - Many thanks for that, which means the project relies entirely on the reputation of the team for its contacts and clients etc. I feel it may be a slow start until established given more established players, however if they had a particular niche they were targeting then that would eb different.

DGW - not sure exactly which niche area they may be targeting until a deal announced. Probably much the same as the other 3 cyber cos on Aim and the big boys on the main market.
