Responsibilities ("PDMR")

The Company announces that it was notified on 25 October 2018 that Nathaniel le Roux, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, acquired 50,000 ordinary shares of no par value each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 27.5 pence per share on 23 October 2018.

Following the purchase of 50,000 shares, Nathaniel le Roux will have a beneficial interest in 22,468,223 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 49.23% (previously 49.12%) of the ordinary share capital of the Company.

The Company confirms that it did not have inside information at the time the instruction for the purchase of Ordinary Shares was issued and that the purchase of shares by Nathaniel le Roux was in accordance with the Company's Share Dealing Policy
