There's strange rules on manager declarations - eg the infamous Neil Woodford dumped the majority of his holding in his own Trust, WPCT, and wasn't obliged to tell the market. Managers seem to escape disclosure rules, except when crossing a threshold.

You'd think the co would make more of it tho - not sure I'd have noticed it was him without your post.

I'm just surprised we didn't get a "director dealings" RNS.

Not sure what to make of it, nor what it does to my "next vote will be to wind it up" theory.

More than happy to be holding tho. NAV seems to be on a steady ascent.

I don't know what the end game of this trust will be. I'm happy to wait as it's a long term hold for my portfolio. I was thinking of topping up, bought in at the beginning so I'm down quite a bit.

As my first manager said to me when I attempted to explain not hitting

a monthly sales target ...excuses reasons and bullsh1t.

(less PC times!).

Spec, NAV around 12% lower from launch date, no dividend during that time
does not look that impressive.

Best hope is a wind up.

Ah whereas I've been thinking "Markets have fallen but SGEM NAV has held up really well" :)

Not sure where I'd stand on continuation vote tho - would prob take the money.

Have looked yesterday and today at getting more - hasn't been much size available, and haven't been able to get far inside the offer.

Agreed, tried to get some more earlier on that 30k sell, but they wouldn't give me less than 71.4p. Good luck.

They are very helpful, if you need clarification on anything.

I was offered an opportunity to meet the fund managers, however holding

30,000 here at the time thought that would have been a tad ridiculous, so politely

declined.

Still on their mailing list and get updates from Harry Gladstone.

Agreed, ltcm, only simpletons buy solely because there is a large discount to the supposed NAV.

Thanks @Epistrophy, missed the charges cap. EM generally been doing well lately, as likely weak-$ related but can't see that ending anytime soon, whoever wins the White House.
