are sceptre paying their bills do you know
did your friend get paid"

Ultimately they did, however i've just been informed that the last two jobs they performed have not been paid. They are going legal on this as apparently they have made all sorts excuses and have now said they are not paying. Sounds like a company is in real trouble, of course this is All IMHO.

Forgot this company existed."

Maybe the way things are it might not exist in it's current state for much longer.

UPDATE:
After checking, the dispute is with Weston Castle not Sceptre Leisure.
Weston Castle has many of the same board members as Sceptre and trades from the same location.

Someone I know is struggling to get paid. Not sure why but doesn't look good.

The team have/had prospects, but if they haven't got any money well....

I might hold my hands up and admit defeat, but not yet!

I would put my money on a bidding war between Rank and Barcrest for a takeover of Sceptre.

All IMHO of course.

With more to come!

Ideal time to snap up Sceptre and dominate the market, or alternatively for Sceptre to take over their gaming machine arm so they can concentrate on other areas. Either way it makes sense for these two to join forces.

What are the options now for growth? Given we are No.2.
My opinion is:
Barcrest are looking to get into the market, a bid from them or maybe a takeover from a larger company. Either way this company is now on firm foundations.

Time will tell

All IMHO of course!!!
