Just don't follow his shorts! Seemed more of a gambler than someone who is clued up. Agree with him though that the refinance will help secure their future going forward

Having learnt my lesson many years ago, I wouldn't take a risk like that any more. Slow but steady is my mantra now - it pays much better in the long term. I also take what I read about others trades here with a large degree of scepticism.
