I've added as I think the fall is far too much.
The Company has just posted very good results - increasing Dividends by 20%.

Yes that's what I said above.
Market Cap has dropped around £150m !!
Surely way overdone.

I've bought in, absurd mark down for potential loss of 1 client.

I would have joined you, Fizzy, but I am fully committed elsewhere at the moment. Expecting some sizeable divis imminently, so if this remains low may well be irresistably tempted over next few days.

IC View
It is tempting to think otherwise, but Mr Chae is unlikely to be flattered by investors’ reaction to his imminent departure, which implies a lack of trust in the team he has built. Scapa’s position in dependable markets is worth more than one man, and a dip in the enterprise value to less than two times annual sales looks like a rare value opportunity to us. Buy.

For what it's worth IC reckons the drop is an over reaction to the CEO news.

I think the market just didn't expect the CEO to walk.

Hsduk 1079Suspect there is no news, just that its reached a bit of resistance after a decent rise. A few selling and moving on. To others the drop will be an opportunity to get in.
