A real turnaround under the radar share. The positive share price movement of late now reflecting the great results, strategic developments and future outlook.

Good set of results and the share price has reacted accordingly. Underlying eps beat forecasts and as stated i'd expect future forecasts to be upgraded from here.

Now one of my largest holdings but i figure the share price is probably up with events for now, depending on forecast upgrade. They'd need to do around 11.5p eps next year to be in line with recent historic per of about 16, not impossible so we'll see.

The business is in a transformation phase and there's clearly good management on board, one for the long term imv.

Forecasts should be upgraded here - notably the dividend. The rating is very high, but for a reason IMHO. Perhaps stock will pause for breath, but happy to hold. One of Simon Thompson's best picks got me in originally.

Industrial supplier Scapa Group snapped up First Water for more than £15million. Scapa, which specialises in making bonding materials for the electrical, automotive and healthcare sectors, has bought First Water for its healthcare focus. First Water designs and manufactures wound dressings and skin adhesives and analysts at N+1 Singer said it will benefit from cross selling within Scapa’s network. Shares rose 3.25p to 145p

I got worried by the drop last week and sold mine. Just bought them all back this am on the trading ahead. My concern was with Europe limping whether they were still trading well. Obviously the answer is yes .

Happily no stamp duty so not too expensive an exercise!
