Well ahead of forecasts, £8m net cah, fantastic cashfow.

Trading on the lowest rating in a couple of years now too.

I would have thought beating by 10% nearly should mean broker upgrades imo.

imo/dyor etc

Well the fwd PE here is just over 10 and they have net cash of £8m or so while growing fast.

They say they are ahead so that fwd PE might even be single digit.

That all looks cheap to me - just depends how cheap based on how far ahead of forecasts they are imo.

ta - SCSW has a much higher readership - should have jogged the memories of many to buy ahead of the results imo.

Got it wrong about it having a main write up in Apr issue of TMI, it appeared front page of may's issue instead.

It's a beautifully positive chart johnv, imo.

Gets a write up in SCSW today referring to the rescent ahead trading update and broker upgrades. I think those upgrades will have been cautious again ahead of the results and have scope for further upgrades then imo.

Results in just over a fortnight so not long to find out :-)

Had a little top up - results in less than 3 weeks, already said they'll beat expectations and net cash of £6.7m still, even after paying $30m for WEBTEC which gave them a solid contribution in Q4 they say.

Scope for upgrades imo.

All just my opinion/dyor etc.

Thanks for that CR. Flirting with a 5 year breakout, if it starts moving it will be quick. Hard to buy these when the MM's are moving up. Don't know if you've read this from last week UK Stock Market Awards 2012

Scapa Group plc is pleased to announce that the Company has won the best Chemicals Plc award at the prestigious UK Stock Market Awards ceremony held last night in London.

These Awards identify the firms that are implementing 'a carefully considered strategy to properly balance risk with return and create shareholder value'. A vastly experienced panel of equity market participants and commentators sifted through the many 1000s of nominations and voted to select the winners in each category.

Heejae Chae, CEO, said after the ceremony "this award is a reflection of the great work and progress we have made in Scapa; thanks to everyone across the Scapa family for helping us to achieve this recognition".
