Chart looks a bit good here - through this level and it should pick up strength as there's no resistance till 60p then imo.

Added a few of these on the back of IC recommendation on Friday and research over the weekend. Concerns over European exposure offset by low rating and move into growth on a value rating.

I think they'll beat tho WJCC - and these have large economies of scale.

Good news today - I think South America is a strong target market.

A 500k buy on that news today I see.

consensus is 3.5p giving a PE of 13 at 45p. Not that cheap for a cyclical as the global economy turns down.

The cash makes it cheaper than that but you need to deduct 5.5mm for legal costs which aren't covered by the asbestos insurance.

Not sure I understand why they are so cheap. Over the past 5 years turnover has remained broadly flat, so a pe of 7 seems reasonable. A rolling eps for the next 12 months is something like 3.8p which gives 26.6p plus some 14p in cash, making 40.6p? Apart from cranking up the pe, what am I missing?

inline with forecasts and £21m net cash (over a third of the mkt cap).

Must be the cheapest these have been in years with earnings set to grow 50% this year on forecasts, imo.
