04/12/2017 21:30 | goosed - guess it depends on what deals (if any) they secure for Moditope. If someone else licenses Modi1/2 then that presumably would provide funding and fee up resources to look at expanding the platform to cover more PTM's. At the very least I assume they'd want to get the patents filed. Take you point though, a relatively small team are taking on huge amount of work at the moment. As you say though, it's not long at all until Div. Applications are published - looking forward to seeing them | bermudashorts
04/12/2017 21:22 | BS - Thanks . . . Fwiw I agree, enough to be working on with Immunobody & Moditope (Modi1 & Modi2) so adding another potential platform would be, under the circumstances , a big ask. | gooosed
04/12/2017 21:10 | Goooosed - as far as we know there are 2 divisional applications (although there may be others in the pipeline). From memory, RG mentioned during his Biotech & Money presentation that one was to cover DNA version of Moditope and one was to cover the T Cell receptor (TCR). I'm not sure whether Scancell ever intend to enter the field of TCR therapies with Moditope but at least they're protecting the IP to prevent anyone else. The discussion surrounding 2015 was in relation to a comment from LD that she had identified a new modification (ie. another PTM, in addition to citrullination) and that she would be filing a new patent application. I had wondered whether one of the divisional applications might have been in relation to this - obviously not in view of RG's comments. Have now had a chance to understand a bit more about divisional applications - whilst they can be used to widen the scope of the parent patent application, they can't be used for any novel additions - they would have to be the subject of a new patent application. So would expect the patent application for any new modifications to take the form of a new application. Given that we have to wait 18 months for publication, who knows what may have already been filed? | bermudashorts
04/12/2017 20:45 | BS - Quick (ish) question . . . . the EPO replied to an email saying that it would be five weeks from the publication date to effectively dot the i's and cross the t's on the Moditope divisional application. That would in theory mean any time after 13 December before the substance of text of the Moditope was actually published. I seem remember a mention of an overdue Patent application (perhaps) from 2015 but wondered if you thought that the imminent publication might feature that or whether you thought it's more likely to be something to do with the TCR Therapy ? | gooosed
04/12/2017 15:31 | Or.... Maybe he could sell some of his shares at £6, and go private.... oh hang on. | tosh123
04/12/2017 15:29 | Torquay... your boy has taken one hell of a beating YET AGAIN today, cant you advise him to just go away ? Its getting very embarrassing for him. The village idiot should disappear and take time to lick his numerous wounds. Im sure that theres somewhere more befitting for someone of his challenged intellect and lack of social abilities.... Maybe another stint at Her Majesties is in order. | tosh123
04/12/2017 14:24 | and in the process they have also lost many many pounds... some of them have lost tens of thousands of pounds. | tosh123
04/12/2017 13:43 | Brilliant, just plain brilliant... the LIAR Ineptico has the audacity to say " I do not understand why you would even question what i am writing, and certainly not with replies completely out of context "... Hahahaha Anyone with the slightest modicum of intelligence will ALWAYS question, what ever you write, on the basis that up until today, you have been 100% WRONG about everything, you uneducated oaf. You have mislead, cheated and LIED for years, you despicable little low life, and now you dont understand why no one believes a word that comes from your mouth hahaha. Priceless... Well done RR... Firmly put the idiot in his place, again. This becoming a habit ... Ineptico floored with a bloodied nose yet again. | tosh123
04/12/2017 13:13 | Interesting viewing, as Nappy { trying to 'browbeat' - or as HE attempts to make folks believe- Nappy "having FUN"} gets HIS RRRRs well and truely kicked by Ruckrover, soo,as *WE* sooo often see = Nappy turns to sulky petulance. Now , THAT IS "FUN" | the real lozan

01/12/2017 07:29 | he has a very rambling piece over on LSE @ 01:31 which I'll spare you the copy and paste. It appears he is now something of a Forklift Philosopher. Always difficult to penetrate the fug of his English, but he seems to be advocating inductive reasoning. I wonder whether his 'peer' professor Durrant would agree with him that inductive reasoning, rather than the hypothetico-deductiv Ruck lmfao | goyathlay

30/11/2017 23:14 | Inan - IMO very good advice to C7 - ''You should chill out, and stop taking every post to you as an attack, but rather as a basis for discussion. Its simple way out for you, and it creates no conflict.'' Lest we forget :- From C7 2017 ''Morning TF, Yes I enjoyed reminding myself of so much good stuff. In fact i have enjoyed reading all of Inanacos posts again. They just make you think outside the box''. Good to see you and Boom still discussing - that line needs to stay open. You are 2 important posters on LSE and here. Thanks for your efforts both. ATB | torquayfan
30/11/2017 22:31 | Some new poster on VAL seems to be getting VAL and SCLP confused - thinks VAL's BOD are researchers from University of Nottingham. Mind you, have to hand it to him, some of the best ramping I've seen yet on VAL, and that's saying something. | bermudashorts
30/11/2017 22:20 | lol ... no worries, i do it for fun enjoy the challenge of it, so i don't have any stress issues the benefit for me is that i can quantify the science to value, making investments then easy. | inanaco
30/11/2017 22:11 | Inan - I have 'learned' much about the autoimmune stuff. Perhaps another time, I might try 'learning' some more but at the moment I have other stuff going on and just don't need the stress. You'll have to find someone else to reason with:) | bermudashorts
30/11/2017 21:54 | Its a shame Boom, reasoning allows you to teach yourself at speed, pity you cannot get your head around it. Its great fun even with curved balls coming at you. For instance the auto-immune stuff, | inanaco
30/11/2017 21:49 | i was just editing it | inanaco |
