06/7/2021 11:57 | Panny, you seem to be obsessed with sofas. Are you angling for the John Lewis Home Furnishing advertising gig? | goyathlay
06/7/2021 11:55 | Wanderer, I wonder how they will cover it up when it happens at the Olympics being broadcast across the World live. | panama7
06/7/2021 11:52 | EE, you really do post a lot of utter garbage, I can only assume you are another one who had his critical thinking brain cells removed at point of injection. I would suggest you stay double masked, socially distanced and behind your sofa for the rest of your days and let those who want to live live. | panama7
06/7/2021 11:46 | Cricket team - Official EGOboy title of = 'The trHYPE old boys 8' HIS maths don't grasp the term ...X1 As *WE ALL* know...HE is renowned for HIS 'Twisting SPIN' and talking out of HIS 'crease'. | the real lozan
06/7/2021 11:40 | Final point on this: we all know that there is a risk of some vaccine-resistant variant (hence the need for better vaccines) but it seems relatively unlikely to develop amongst the vaccinated population because variant emergence seems associated with individuals who have severe disease for an extended period (at least that was the story re the origins of the Kent variant). Globally, therefore, we should still worry a lot about new variants (hence Javid's point) but I don't think they are likely to emerge within the UK vaccinated population (though they could wreak havoc if they arrived here and undermined everything).Unvaccin | emptyend
06/7/2021 11:03 | Must admit prefer cleaning up in a real sport where you take and give the hits like in rugby or MMA not where you have a stick and ball to hit and throw at folk lol | ivyspivey
06/7/2021 10:41 | Cricket team - I do hope there will be an adequate amount of equiptment { bats and balls } for all. Because, if EGOboy is given OUT, HE is likely to 'storm off', taking HIS bat and ball home. CLAIMING = NO BALL | the real lozan
06/7/2021 10:39 | Or just take the double sheep dip and collapse on the field of play. | wanderer1210_0
06/7/2021 10:20 | Loggy and I are eminently qualified to organise and manage the drinks break requirements & in the spirit of this new age we'll even take on an Apprentice as Inn has been showing a bit of promise in this department. | moljen
06/7/2021 10:05 | EE - the highlight is for the 'risks' of new variants. The words of our revered Mr Javid I believe, "He insisted "we are very comfortable with the decisions we have announced", but admitted there was a "real risk of some kind of vaccine resistant variant", telling Sky News: "That is why it is sensible to retain some powers." (scroll down) I enjoyed this in your post - "The lockdown fanatics would have us locked down permanently - though that might be quite attractive if the only people locked down were the Covid-denying nutters like P7....." | torquayfan
06/7/2021 10:01 | 41603 - "Nutter" - Says the recent arrival 'Apprentice EGOboy' Stick around 'AE', you might learn something and change your 'superior ways' There have been many 'know-alls' swept-in to these SCLP forums over the YEARS, starting off as 'Filter merchants'. Not many remain long after they realise they are NOT as 'smart', or as 'superior' as they think they are. | the real lozan
06/7/2021 09:54 | its amazing how these well organised "bubbles" designed by Tf and Starmer fail repeatedly Goy ... | inanaco
06/7/2021 09:43 | Your "Highlight" is wholly unproven. One of the factors in new variants seems to be the ability for the virus to change within patients who have serious disease and/or complicating conditions. The one thing we know about the existing vaccines is that they are effective in stopping serious disease....ergo it is unlikely that more cases in a well-vaccinated population will lead to more mutations. Different in poorly-vaccinated Thailand and Australia, of course... The lockdown fanatics would have us locked down permanently - though that might be quite attractive if the only people locked down were the Covid-denying nutters like P7..... | emptyend
06/7/2021 09:42 | Or Put it another way TF The Government will not protect those unvaccinated .......... when the offer exists to take the vaccine ...... it was always impossible to stop covid I presume you are Not returning to the UK ... ?? | inanaco
06/7/2021 09:41 | Thanks EE. "Another Covid variant of concern..... " | torquayfan
06/7/2021 09:35 | Just so you are informed Lozan .... I suggest you study ""correlate of protection"" | inanaco
06/7/2021 09:33 | "UK health secretary suggests cases could get as high as 100,000 a day in summer. Just a follow-up here on the number of cases that the UK government seems to be thinking are acceptable under its current plans for unlocking England. Prime minister Boris Johnson said cases may be up to 50,000 per day when the country reaches 19 July. Health secretary Sajid Javid has just floated a number double that for the summer on the BBC Radio 4 Today programme. The current caseload is around 25,000 new positive tests daily. Some experts have criticised the plans saying that allowing this number of cases to flourish risks a breeding ground for potential variations, and is also exposing younger unvaccinated people to the risk of “long Covid”." HIGHLIGHT - "ALLOWING THIS NUMBER OF CASES TO FLOURISH RISKS A BREEDING GROUND FOR POTENTIAL VARIATIONS" I think what WE need over here is a wise word from that nice Mr Starmer who pops up in the news sometimes - 'reckless' . . | torquayfan
06/7/2021 09:29 | Don't worry Loz ... ONW may change the numbers soon Phase 1 In addition to evaluating the VNAbs, the Company will also analyse the T cell responses to the N protein, which will provide additional information and data on the potential utility of both SCOV1 and SCOV2 against future SARS-CoV-2 variants. | inanaco
06/7/2021 08:49 | Reasons the late comers should 'take note' - *WE ALL* should be grateful to the 'longer term observers' here like O N W, for his daily reports of actual opening prices. WHY ??? Because, if O N W did not provide *US ALL* with the REAL info, the EGOtrHYPER would be inclined to resort to HIS former "BUY,BUY,BUY and HOLD" mis-information LIES and FALSE CLAIMS. HE would have by now posted HIS version of 'opening price' circa = £7.45/£7.68 Adding something like "we are almost at the £8+ I told everyone we ARE worth" HE would have CLAIMED HE had won the £4 bet, demanding folks 'pay-up' some time ago. HIS glovepuppet Elsie, would be repeating the £7.45/£7.68 FAKE pre open figs, to feed the mugs on lse. Of course, when the market DID open, and the prices showed 21.50p mid, HE would CLAIM iy DID show £7.68p to BUY,then, as ever, change the subject. Us 'long term observers' have seen HIS 'underhand tricks' over the YEARS,,, reletively recent CONverts may not be fully aware of HIS SCAMs. Thanks to folks like O N W, HIS 'freedom to deliberately misinform [aka LIE}' is curbed. There are still those who willingly seek and swallow the trHYPE. | the real lozan
06/7/2021 08:10 | EE, another variant of concern, what a load of rubbish, maybe if they stopped injecting we wouldn't have any variants. We had no variants before the injections started FACT. | panama7 |
