The Company announces that it has received notification that Wendy Sparrow, the spouse of PDMR James Sparrow, sold 3,930 Savills plc ordinary shares of 2.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") at GBP9.451056 per share on 30 August 2022. The same day James Sparrow purchased 3,930 Ordinary Shares at GBP9.70782 per share. As a result, Mr Sparrow retains a total beneficial interest in 72,217 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.05% of the Company's issued share capital.
