DIRECTOR'S SHARE PURCHASE

The Company announces that it has received notification that Stacey Cartwright, an Independent Non-Executive Director, has today purchased 2,860 Savills plc ordinary shares of 2.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") at GBP8.63 per share. As a result, Ms. Cartwright has a total beneficial interest in 2,860 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.002% of the Company's issued share capital.
