Savannah, the resource development company focused on becoming Europe's most significant producer of spodumene lithium concentrate from its Barroso Lithium Project in Portugal, has been informed that on 1 June 2023, Mr Matthew King, Chairman, acquired a total of 160,000 Ordinary Shares of GBP0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 4.6500 pence per Ordinary Share, totaling GBP7,440.00.

Following this acquisition Mr King has a total beneficial interest in 3,076,528 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.18% of the Company's issued share capital.
