08/2/2021 14:15 | Nice move today. Hopefully the start of the next leg up, not much volume though. So still likely will get the chance to top up. | ukgeorge
02/2/2021 14:39 | Well I don't expect much from Mina do Barroso until April although there may be some noise about amendments. Mozambique hasn't been hit too badly (condolences to the families of the six people who died. They may differ on that point)by Eloise but there are just less than a couple of months to go before the cyclone season ends. The charts indicates a fair amount of selling which doesn't look quite finished. I think I'd be happy to pick some up at 3.5p. Looks a promising summer here so perhaps it doesn't matter which price you opt for. | ged5
02/2/2021 12:43 | Top up now 4.2p or wait and hope for 3.5p.... | ukgeorge
01/2/2021 10:42 | Quite a few of the li plays pulling back at the moment, eg emh and bacanora. Tesla also looks like it thas now peaked (not that I would bet this). So could be a bit of a general pull back. Fingers crossed sav can continue the good news coming in 2021 | ukgeorge
27/1/2021 17:27 | Good presentation. 3 month for the Galp deal FS still second half. The NPV and IRR should increase, with the higher resource and thanks to not having to ship to China. The project ticks the green box as most the power should be from wind and solar | ukgeorge
27/1/2021 15:10 | Last nights presentation:- | ged5
20/1/2021 10:56 | Cheers, Ged. The share chart here is looking primed for another move higher. A nice consolidation wedge formation. Everything seems to be aligned. Right market, right location, finance and off takes being negotiated, potential to expand R&R, David Archer aligned with share holders, environmental study only a few months away. Ironridge looks really interesting and I am planning to buy some more once it retraces a little more. | ukgeorge
20/1/2021 10:34 | All eyes on Portugal at the moment which is probably just as well with the storm season in Mozambique already on number five. Eloise is fortunately only moderate but could hit south of Beira. Work at Mutamba looks like it could be interrupted. | ged5
20/1/2021 10:23 | Thanks IB. Well done George on IRR. | ged5
20/1/2021 09:57 | SAV due to present at inaugural LSE investor evening jan 26th 6pm start. Need to register. | inbrackets
17/1/2021 10:28 | Yes sadly I wasn't buying at .8p Slightly off topic I've tried to create a new thread for Zinnwald Lithium ZNWD as well as Ironridge resources IRR. It hasn't really worked as it has come up as a commodity. Both company's share price is heading the right direction. | ukgeorge
15/1/2021 15:05 | Vulcan have risen but so has SAV, from 0.8p to 5.9p over the past year according to the chart on this site. Problem is that very few will have bought at the low or sold at the recent top. They have recently put out a presentation that details they will need 700m to get their project started and that's 2/3 years away without any slippage (and we all know about that).Meanwhile, in Portugal only, SAV recently joined with Galp, an ESG very friendly partner with a great record (and good pockets) along with Northvolt, an ESG very friendly partner, as we are on the cusp of our EIA public discussions, and hoped for MLs. This 'holy trinity' has already intimated that they will be looking to expand their resource in the coming auctions and the Gov, a Galp shareholder, has already said that the highest price is not the determining factor in winning the auction, and they want to see a new nascent lithium industry chain. Confirmation of the change of use Galp refinery, possibly Northvolt setting up a Southvolt holiday camp in Portugal, SAV's EIA and progression towards DFS etc will see the positioning of these parties being tightened up. When further resources are added with the auctions, this will see further increases. All in my opinion of course, but I would like to see the shape of anyone else's tea leaves, excluding the RT jv which deserves another cuppa. | inbrackets
15/1/2021 12:08 | I sold a 50k of these today (still have 700k) and have bought some ironridge IRR they have a Li project in Ghana and have just started a new drilling campaign. I started a new chat for them as they hadn't got one. | ukgeorge
15/1/2021 10:41 | Vulcan energy has now gone from sub 50cent to over $6 in less than a year. Really hope this has a decent run. Kicking myself for not buying any of them | ukgeorge
13/1/2021 17:38 | The EIA was submitted in June and they guided 10 months so May or June. Then DFS is h2. Fingers crossed for a few other bits of news in between | ukgeorge
13/1/2021 16:53 | whats the sequencing here between DFS and enviro sign off? | sif12
13/1/2021 15:47 | Thank you, hadn't seen it. DFS in the second half of 2021 and April for the Galp deal. | ukgeorge
13/1/2021 15:25 | You all did realise Archer gave an interview yesterday. | ged5
12/1/2021 12:02 | It's funny how nearly 3 years ago these went from 5p to near 15p on the increase in reserves and resources. Now the company is seemingly another step closer to developing the project and we are at 5p. Albeit there are a load more shares in issue. I'm holding tight and if they drop more i'll likely add. Looking forward to the eventual environmental sign off, more news from Galp, the DFS, funding, hopefully some funding from EIT. The continued uptake of EV and hopefully higher lithium prices. What else were we asking for at Christmas :) | ukgeorge
12/1/2021 10:13 | Takeover definitely on the cards down the line . Oil companies looking to diversify as much as possible and this is on their doorstep. Would be a takeover at the project level rather than of the whole of SAV itself. | broncowarrior
12/1/2021 09:54 | Yes I thought the valuation $6.4M for 10% a little low. I guess the argument is they also add value, so for arguments sake without Galp it is worth $50M with Galp it is worth $80M only fair both participate in the uplift. Funny how they say $6.4M for the DFS. Seems to be never ending. | ukgeorge
12/1/2021 09:46 | I did think 6.4m seems cheap.. but I dont think it was really about the amount of cash... more about political weight and offtake as you said. | sif12
12/1/2021 09:41 | At first I was very cynical about the language used in the RNS and thought Archer could use the potential for at least six/twelve/twenty four months of announcements before it's finally agreed. Looking back to see when the off-take agreements were first being talked about I gave up looking because I came across the RNS about the LTIP which I'd forgotten about. Options for 10p. Not bad I thought. About double from here. But an off-take is what we've been waiting for, so excellent news. 10% of Mina do Barroso being $6.4m gives a value of £47m to Portugal and £31m to Mozambique. Two questions:- Have they sold themselves short? Isn't it about time Mutamba was developed? Galp was mentioned earlier on the thread and most likely the reason for the recent rise. Looks like plenty to look forward to. | ged5
12/1/2021 09:17 | what about a potential take over....? not right now but post Feasibility, gove sign off. | sif12 |
