Posted at 15/3/2024 08:32 by broncowarrior Reckon the large investor is going to try to get to 10% and he then has to give an indication of his intentions. Maybe looking for a takeover while the price is suppressed. |
Posted at 12/3/2024 10:05 by ukgeorge The company is massively under the radar of most investors, thanks to the years on delays and zero IR.What we do have going for us is that the project is in Europe, and although this has meant years of bureaucracy we at least should have a stable fiscal regime. Unlike my Ghana lithium play which is having to pay 10% royalty and 13% free carry. |
Posted at 26/2/2024 18:36 by reba What is the good of more drilling when they already know what’s there. No point in wasting more money when they don’t know if they will get permission to mine, complete waste of time and investors money. Typical of this pathetic management. |
Posted at 22/1/2024 10:20 by ged5 Weakness in the share price was to be expected, although I didn't expect it to go this low.Since the low lithium price was mentioned above I thought I'd share some of my weekend reading. I thought this was a fairly balanced article about the weakness of the lithium price but after all the points made I thought the last two paragraphs give hope to lithium company investors. “In terms of a long-term impact, our expectation is that lithium batteries will continue to dominate the EV space, with alternative batteries such as sodium ion set to be used at a much smaller scale in smaller vehicles, with typically smaller pack sizes,” Hughes said. “Therefore, demand for lithium is still set to increase massively over the coming years.” |
Posted at 06/1/2024 09:59 by inbrackets Just to break the fortnight of holiday silence, we should have some details of the investor event in January that was mentioned before Christmas over the coming days. In addition confirmation that the first phase of drilling has been completed with the rigs being moved on to phase two. On top of that, they said they would release the data sequentially, so that should start to come through soon. That would tee things up nicely for an update on any partnership progress and any exoneration from the Police / government before the election in March.Much to be positive about despite general market malaise. |

Posted at 16/11/2023 11:37 by ged5 Another rise. Soon be back to a reasonable share price "stressed that the country continues to be a safe place for foreign investors." Is there some common sense returning? SAV was praised in the past for their work for the DIA. |
Posted at 16/11/2023 10:48 by ged5 Goodday1, do you really believe Starfox is the same person as Sheldon/Osaka? Have you seen the information that Starfox provides over on LSE?Sheldon has been in SAV (on and off I suspect)for many years and changed his moniker to Osaka. I haven't seen his twitter thread and don't intend to. IMO social media is one of the big problems in today's society. Starfox came on here as LSEplonker I suspect to wind you up. He has since posted that he regretted doing that. I'd prefer if you didn't put off good posters from posting. Noticed another long time investor this morning posted an interesting article:- Despite an ongoing corruption probe, Portugal remains "safe" for investments in lithium mining, the country's economy minister said Wednesday. "I think Portugal is one of the safest places in the world" for investments in lithium mining, António Costa Silva told POLITICO's Sustainable Future Week summit. "We are a country where the rule of law is crucial, and no one is above the law." Portuguese authorities are investigating possible acts of corruption, influence peddling and malfeasance in connection with the concession of lithium mining projects in the north of the country, a green hydrogen mega-project and a data center in Sines. The projects add up to an investment of €23.5 billion. The scandal has dealt a heavy blow to Brussels’ ambitions to diversify its supply of raw materials needed for green and digital technologies, as Portugal’s lithium deposits are seen as central to those efforts. Portuguese Prime Minister António Costa — who submitted his resignation as a result of the scandal but will remain caretaker PM until snap elections can be held in March — has similarly stressed that the country continues to be a safe place for foreign investors. |
Posted at 07/11/2023 10:13 by wanna brew IB have you signed up to their investor relations on the website. I bi/weekly investor email has just popped into my inbox. A collection of industry news. Very worth signing up for imo. I am delighted to see the move to Australia with the news we had yesterday. Hopefully giving the added dimension of more comparison with ASX peers. |
