Especially for you and Reba, yorkie!

Still no ML licence news!

October newsletter in the community section of the SAV website.

Done in September:-

"• Exploration activities continued with reverse circulation drilling and diamond drilling at Grandão and Pinheiro
• Work progressed on the collection of baseline data needed to support the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) of the project
including archaeological assessments
• Engineering consultants visited site to advise on the technical aspects of the proposed project infrastructure requirements including the
locations of the main items"

To be done in October:-

"During the month of October Savannah will be continuing to conduct RC drilling and diamond at the Grandão, and Pinheiro.
A programme of drill site rehabilitation will commence during the month to remove drilling material from the drill areas and prepare
the locations for natural revegetation during the cooler, winter months."

Well at least it's something while we wait for the main event.

Let's face it, if Yorkshire are thinking about more charging points the EV revolution has really arrived.

More EVs, more charging stations, more lithium, copper, cobalt and nickel.

Volkswagon are going to need a lot of batteries and for the time being a lot of lithium will be needed. Production at Mina do Barroso end 2019-mid 2020 would be very timely. So let's have this licence amendment and increase in resource soon.

Would love to think you will be right, but sometimes the only surprise seems to be that they can issue an RNS on a topic that few are bothered about and unlikely to move a dial.Next one could let us know that the drills have finished in Oman, and results will be forthcoming in due course. Suitably vague, when we want to know about the mining licence applications.Or it could be that the Moz Ministry has acknowledged receipt of the application for the Jangamo area, when we want to know about the mining applications.Or it could be that permission has bee granted to move the electrics running across the MdB, when we want to know.....Assume the mushroom position.

Yes the reason slipstream sold this is to allow SAV to access the markets and funding and bring it to production. Too small an outfit to do it on their own.

The RNS was just the formal notifcation of what was in announcement last week that the next tranche of shares had been issued to slipstream as a result of the last resource update. Announcement let week stated new position would be 5.11%.

Even last weeks announcement was just a formality of what was in the 1/2 year results when it stated that in early October the issue of shares would happen as a result of the resource update.

In short, same news just re-issued to satisfy the listing rules on when shares in issue actually changes, etc (yes even AIM has some rules).

Hopefully the next RNS will be news of real genuine interest.

Slipstream was party to the sale of MDB to SAV. An Oz outfit that Dale F has an interest in. Think that the increase in shareholding follows the issue of the shares as part of the final settlement for the MDB. I strongly doubt that the will be looking to make a bid, they are not miners.

Is slipstream not the subsidiary of sav in Portugal?

RNS of major increase in Holding.

Now we know why the drop in share price, so they could buy cheap shares?????nice if you can get it.

I think this Slipstream outfit, will make a full Bid for SAV at some point and sooner rather then later.

IMHO.

There are not many good AIM companies, but SAV is a good one and so is SXX and BCN they all have some issues right now, but nothing that can not be sorted in the long run.

IMHO.

7p Bid now.

Still a long way short of the 16.75p Bid & 17p Offer on the 14th June 2018.
It will take some major good news to get us back there again?

Suspect the ii's have a longer timeframe than the immediate aftermath of a fundraising placing. They look for a discounted price when buying in and holding is established at one price, rather than having to go into the market with sustained buying which might push prices still higher.None of them have since issued a holdings rns so they have kept below reporting levels. It will be interesting to see if any have to show themselves over the coming months as things develop and they look to build on their foundations.

For me and other LTH’s , it’s 5-6 months and we should have a confluence of value creating events:
- Portugal BFS
- Mozambique feasibility/scoping
- Oman ( mining licence?)

I’ve put Oman last and with a ? As this is now at least a year late

In the meantime, further drilling at Portugal and Oman will continue to upgrade the in ground assets.

In terms of pecking order, definitely as above. Collective value if all realised will be 5-10x current share price and more but it is proving a long road...

A big buy at 7p this morning.

Above the offer price of 6.77p for 50000, that is all you can buy after that.
