UKG,

Thanks for your post and reporting back from that presentation. Interesting stuff. Just a case of waiting the next updates from Portugal and Oman.

Regards,
Ed.

The chart has made a lovely looking pennant formation, gives a target price of 17p.

On Wednesday Michael McGarty CFO was presenting at the Mining Journal event in London.

He gave a good presentation just on the lithium project. No mention of Oman. Nothing new really. Drilling continues and they expect another resource upgrade although he didn't give a time line on that.

Given that the LOM will get extended. The IRR of the project before tax is 63% which is double that of the two other lithium projects that were presenting. This was also using $685/t opposed to the current spot price of $900/t (concentrate). The LOM C1 costs are expected to be $271/t.

The mine is also going to benefit from some feldspar and quartz by product revenues.

They are also going straight to a bankable feasibility study skipping the pfs.

the strip ratio in the first 4 yrs is lower at 1.6:1 and they expect to find more ore close to the surface that will extend this.

The current target is H2 2020 for first production/ramp up

All in all a good presentation

Thank you to both of you for your input, I just have a small holding of normal shares and didn’t know about warrants and options or how to trade them, etc.

Ali,

Just to add to Ed's post. No options or warrants have just been issued. They have been exercised. There are still several historical options and warrants relating to AME, some of which are due to expire in July and August.

Others have been issued in various placings and maybe appointments(although I haven't checked the latter).

Focus on the 3 main assets.

Oman's smallish copper project which will generate a lot of cash once it gets into production. The strategy was to use this cash to fund Jangamo, now a joint venture.

Mozambique has a massive world class resource of 4.4 billion tonnes of THM. SAV should shortly (2019) increase their ownership by another 15%.

Portugal is going to be huge.

I'm not qualified to give financial advice so I wont.

I'm just buying as many as I can afford and going out enjoying this beautiful weather, watching the WC and the 5-0 drubbing of the Aussies. Wimbledon coming up.

As HG keeps reminding us:- this is a 3-5 year investment.

Looks to be building a nice base ahead of the Oman mining licence and further drilling updates from Portugal.

If these warrants were listed they would be trading at 11p, not 6p. Few more quid in the coffers at least.

Ali,

SAV don't have any listed warrants that I'm aware of so no, unless you get a position on the board of SAV you won't be getting any options either.

Regards,
Ed.

Can’t understand why it’s being sold so heavily when there’s good news about Oman beginning re-mining of copper. Surely it’s s matter of time now for our license. Or are am I missing something.

Strong late afternoon buying , good finish. Hopefully can push up to 15-16p range ahead of Oman ML then toward 20-25p to reflect fair value.

Agree Hugo.
I have this pencilled in for 50-60p by this time next year based on a 10ktpa copper mine starter operation in Oman and a BFS with finance for Portugal with mine start 6-9 months off.
I’m discounting Mozambique for now but that will be huge if SAV fund their option to take up to 51%.
