Result of General Meeting

Savannah Petroleum PLC, the British independent oil & gas company focused around activities in Niger and Nigeria, held a general meeting (the "General Meeting") at 10.30 a.m. this morning to approve, inter alia, the issue of Consideration Shares in relation to the Seven Energy Transaction. Each of the resolutions put to the General Meeting was voted on by way of a poll, and the Company is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed were approved by the shareholders, with results set out below.
