Strong suspicion this late runner and rider has dented the bookbuild. I would be seriously irritated by this 'strategic partnership' at just about every level. Soothing words and a lowering of the offer for II's, I suspect. Did anyone subscribe here?

I though not, Agadem excluded given the number of voices echoing around his noggin.

So we are definitely off script at a worrying late stage of the game.

I'm concerned that AK hasn't been able to sign this off due to DD problems, legal moves, or the 60 million "options" announcement upsetting bidders yesterday.

I would not give time of day to the takeover suggestion.

The silence from Jessica is very disconcerting.

e) The Bookbuild is expected to close between 15 December 2017 and 18 December 2017 but may close earlier or later, at the discretion of the Global Co-ordinator and the Company. The timing of the closing of the books and allocations will be agreed between the Global Co-ordinator and the Company following completion of the Bookbuild (the "Allocation Policy"). The Managers may, in agreement with the Company, accept offers to subscribe for Placing Shares that are received after the Bookbuild has closed.

i) The Company will make a further announcement following the close of the Bookbuild detailing the Placing Price and the number of Placing Shares to be issued (the "Placing Results Announcement"). It is expected that such Placing Results Announcement will be made as soon as practicable after the close of the Bookbuild.
