Have you ever seen a company resume trading after suspension, in the middle of the day?

There could be a mid morning RNs when all ends are tied up and resumption of trading at noon or 1 pm. No one said 7 am

There is no reason not to relist as far as I can see.

Given the last two RNS announcements, if we are not trading at 08:00 it will be the most appalling lack of communication I have seen in any company I’ve invested in over the last 35 years.

From yesterday's RNS:"The current expectation is that Savannah and the Investors will enter into the required documentation (including but not limited to subscription agreements or some similar form) within 30 days (or such later date as the parties may agree) of the Company's shareholder general meeting to be convened in due course to approve the Placing and the Agreed Transaction. The Proposed Investment is subject to completion of final due diligence, the signature of definitive documentation in form and substance satisfactory to the Investors and each Investors' relevant internal approvals, including but not limited to final investment committee approval."

I think I can see something, flabby ginger, nerdy looking kid is tinkering its a few dials, he’s resitting a dial marked placing price.
The assembled crowd hold their collective breath as the beautiful J H in a tight fitting Celtic track suit places her finger over the red button ....

Perhaps they decided to "accelerate" the release of the RNS.

Malcy, video, we are right at the end.

Poor Malcy was so excited he got out of his manflu bed to make this report.

Clearly very impressed.

And that was before today's bombshell.

I think the Gulf investors were late to the party. The last RNS was for a 250 million raise. AK would only give them 30 million. That suggests 220 million had already been agreed to other investors, he always stress the quality and commitment of the company’s backers.

This sounds very, very positive.

The Gulf connection could be invaluable for wheeling and dealing with officials on Nigeria and Niger. Sovereign clout. Deep pockets, lavish palaces, tall blonde , football loving hostesses, sorry advisers.
