Buffy,

Yes, I have had it confirmed in writing.
They haven't asked for any additional margin - having said that I have a guaranteed stop in place in any event.

Also, I am not so sure the problem lies with the share being in suspension. The bet merely rolls over.

I always thought the problem would occur if it de-listed on 8th December - does the spread bet merely fall away as SAVP no longer exists as a public company ??

Buffy - it's common practice to roll until relist but at some point they will ask for 100% margin

I have a December spread bet as well (with IG).

They will rollover to March 2018 if the share is still suspended on the 19th Dec.

Companies are delisted when they have made no announcements to the market and the six months have elapsed.

We have produced two recently, and have given a clear intention to recommence trading by the end of the year.

I’m more concerned at what the money grabbing spreadbet companies do when the Dec expiries occur on 19th Dec.

I’m aware of their intention to replicate the benefits of holding shares, but I wouldn’t put it past them to close bets at the suspended price and relist at the new price. Until they are forced to think again of course.

Two milestones I’m looking at according to the SE presentation which has rang true to date. The 12th and the 19th, both of those dates will instigate an RNS if deadlines are met.

I still wouldn’t rule out an accelerated book build and RNS at any point mind you.

Can’t wait for next week now!

Disclosure rules for a start.

Initially I thought, sure I cannot sell anyway, but now I'm unhappy as AIM rules and the NOMAD give us some protection.
