Interesting article in today's FT: "......the European Parliament watered down proposals for investment in 5G and full fibre networks....". There are some big prospective investment figures in the full article.Sounds like good news for SAT!

Joe,Looks like a similar format to 22nd March, timed to attract City types at the end of office hours. That was a very useful evening; I cannot get along this time but I would recommend to any PI who believes in meeting the management!

Am I the only one who thinks the timing of the presentation is unusual at 16.45 on a Thursday evening. To a degree, the presentation I can understand but to do the results then as well is not the normal course of events

Or is it simply that it is easier to talk about the results at the same time as the presentation

I haven't read the full report, but summary sounds promising..."Today the European Commission published a study on the satellite-based broadband services in schools. The study concluded that the satellite broadband could be an efficient option for poorly connected schools. Very little news over and above that already releases - although the double digit growth for the first two months of H2 is very welcome. No profit as yet but impressive EBITDA growth.

Yup, with broker TP around 11-12p from what I recall posters saying (can't see that sort of info now on the new rubbish Barclays Smart Investor a/c) they should IMO start trending towards those prices....DYOR and gla

And managing their costs so very well across the group and any acquisitions made value is added straight away by stripping out some of the overhead attributed to hat acquisition.

OK, well moving firmly into profit drive IMO and should if continue at this rate more than justify current SP, if not a higher one with the growth and recurring revenue streams it is showing, plus should then have further fire power to start doing more acquisitions....IMO DYOR GLA

GM tomorrow to approve placing and acquisition. I bought a few more today for a fraction above 7p placing price.Will hopefully see some news flow and interest in next few weeks...
