My only similar experience was last year with dear old Skyepharma (SKP) on 16 Mar 2016 to be precise! What happened with SKP was no 7am results when they were expected, results were released later 08:48 along with the announcement of a merger with Vectura.

I remember being uncomfortable then.

I sold this morning. My guess is that it will all be fine and it's innocuous but I was too uncomfortable to hold. Poor governance regardless. The price for peace of mind will probably be a good 15% or so if one decides to buy back in.

Something has leaked hence all of the sales, don't know whether I want to hold for results or not.

Have just spoken to Walbrook PR and have been told results are still likely to be released today.
(Maybe after 4.30pm would be appropriate, but these are my words).

That would be a major disaster - RNS apologising for delay to results due to very poor broadband connection !!!
Couldn't make it up.

On the Company's website , under the heading " Press Centre " , there is an announcement which is dated today . It is entitled " Broadband speed and the reality of fibre broadband in the UK " . However , this is a very general announcement about the overall market and does not seem at all to be the detailed announcement for which we have been waiting since 7.00am today .

It must have been a last minute typo spot. Has there ever been a results RNS where they had a large typo that caused the price to spike followed by a dramatic fall as the correction comes out. That would be painful.

Or they have just realized they put the nought in the wrong place !!!!!

Having just talked with the Company's PR people , I was told that , yes , the results should have been out earlier today . I was also informed that the results are with the Company and its Nomad and that they should be announced later today ( no specific time given ) . All the best - let's hope the delay is due to some late good news .

I have to admit that when I woke up this morning I didn't expect the share price to be down 9% by 10:30!

Given that there hasn't been a correcting RNS, we have to assume that the results will be out at some point today.

Don't forget that you have to register for the Wednesday, Investor event. I have cut and pasted the relevant extract from the 9 March RNS. Kick-off's at 16:30 for 16:45.

This is why 7am RNS are better. Right now we don't know the reason for all this or whether the selling is nervous selling or something bad slowly leaking.

Nervous Nellies? I can understand why.
City institutions will be totally unimpressed by this.
Best to delay results for 24/48 hours and release an RNS to correct the error.
