Gekko keep your pie hole shut! Isn't it interesting that given the GSK buyout of SO that not one individual has mentioned the rejigged agreement from Sareum and SO and CRUK?

Well, talking of muppets, it was this time last year everything was looking rosey...28p party here...Agile there...then the share price collapsed and hasn't returned to its highs...we have had the carrot of 737 dangled for so long it's gone rotten.. Will wait and see...most likely more jam tomorrow.. x

The sad fact is this...for too long it's all been jam tomorrow...we are desperately hanging on the coat tails of other more substantial businesses just to try and validate ourselves...IF 737 is a success we MAY get 27.5% royalties etc. No certainties...chances are they hand it back...

This was from the last proper rns...GSK has noted that the key driver of the acquisition was momelotinib, a drug Sierra is developing for the treatment of myelofibrosis, which reported positive topline results in a Phase III study in January 2022...they never mention 737 as its just an add on, like the company vending machines...stand by for handback of 737 in 3..2..1

The rns will read thus "Sareum note the acquisition of sierra by gsk. Gsk have now handed back 737 as nobody actually really wants anything we patent or research...we exist solely to miss deadlines and sell our shares.."

And the Sierra Oncology GSK bid goes through! And the PH1/2 trials of SRA737 has not been noted yet by Sareum.
Now the deal has been done I'm expecting a stonking RNS tomorrow from Sareum.
