Lol. The very fact HNWIs have continued tells me that the IR department have been doing some intermediary work. Possibly with some requirements of board changes/additions....
The point about Reader not buying...well as a principal holder of many patents and shared is it not possible that he is unable to participate given the specifics of the RNSs?
And re 737 which seems to be overlooked it has 2 solid tumor trials that can enter phase 3! That is not something to be underestimated.
Riddle me this.
If you were shot of Sareum why would you continue to kick it given some pretty fundamental changes that have been missed by the lse chatboard.
Misdirection by the tyre kickers?
Are we going to see RF and PH removed?
Like ripping off a plaster?
I wonder if we get another RNS today given its pretty obvious they read the lse chat forum.
Back to providing my research on a noteable point in time that is going to be distributed to significant individuals.

It's a massive gamble Wolf. I've seen this situation with Sareum so many times with other small cap. The board do not need to justify their time. Their offices are empty, but they need shareholder money to pay their inflated salaries. Of course they want to keep the doors open. However, the carrot of life changing money for shareholders is what motivates them to buy more and more shares. The share price will continue to fall over the next few months, then there'll be another placing. 1801 will need to go through ever stage of clinical trial.

The Clinical Trial is still on phase 1. This assesses only the basic safety of the new molecule and has nothing to do with whether it will work or not. It can be compared with base camp for the climb to the summit of Everest.

The MRHA refused Sareum a Phase 1 CTA (Clinical Trial Authorisation) despite the fact that an external & experienced Consultancy (CRO) has developed the novel capsule technology for them. I suspect MRHA may have felt that the novel formulation is not a sufficient innovation to expose fit and healthy volunteer-patients to the risks of the trial. By going to the Australian Regulator Authority Sareum hope to use their diminishing financial resources to show that their prototype drug is safe enough to administer to sick patients in the future (Phase 2a and then Phase 2b).

I did so much DD on this company and got my people to research before I committed more funds to the cause. The bottomline is there will be more and more dilution with perhaps a 10% success rate. Not worth the gamble Wolf.

All my own opinion and not financial advice.

It's so unbelievable Wolf? Why would you want to give Sareum even more money? Yes, some will go on the clinical trial, but a big chunk goes on salaries. Absolute madness. 😆🤣

CriticalStinker1...

The share price could crash to 0...the bailiffs could be removing the assets.. and you would still be ramping this like anything...

Market cap is now 7 million...

I would say tata to that £17 you invested today...

What a sorry state for a company that seemed so promising. You would think they would have been able to make more of potential cancer treatments and team up with big pharma to progress much further by now but for some reason that hasn't worked out.

Critical, how you can try and put positive spin on the 3 RNS's is very funny. Nothing has changed except more dilution for existing shareholders. Back at 10p after 50:1 split and expect the share price to fall further. Keeps the lights on for the board, but they're are likely to need more money sooner rather than later. Oh sorry, they'll get bought out for £billions. 😆🤣

Conclusion, this company is finished in my honest opinion. Unless it licenses soon, it will go bust. My advice to existing shareholders is get your money out while you still can. It'll be painful, but the relief of getting out of this company will make you feel tons better.

Does it Looks like RF are now gone...no mention of PH as we used Hybridan...so are they being removed..the advisors have a reduced settlement...the warrants have been reduced as I put forward in the q and a....directors buying
So looks like they 'may' have listened to the shareholders.
