Director/PDMR Shareholding

In accordance with the requirements of Market Abuse Regulation Article 19, the Company announces that on 14 November 2018, Jeffrey Hahn, a PDMR of SANNE, was issued 437,762 ordinary shares of GBP0.01 each (the "Issue"). The Issue represents the second tranches of both the initial consideration and the deferred consideration payable to Jeffrey Hahn, which were part payable in SANNE shares, for the Company's acquisition of FLSV Fund Administration Services LLC which completed on 1 November 2016.

In addition, the Company announces that it was notified on 15 November 2018 that Jeffrey Hahn had completed a partial sale of his shareholdings. Jeffrey disposed of 106,373 shares in the Company, primarily to meet tax obligations pursuant to the Issue. Following these transactions, Jeffrey has a net increase of 331,389 shares in his holdings in the Company.
