18/10/2010 08:49 | Bought a few this am - interesting link there sharetips and that director buying is super keen. Nearly got these a year ago but was feeling a bit more fragile then. Trading statement due soon too if the same as last year. CR | cockneyrebel
06/8/2010 12:56 | Have a look at www.brokerlink.co.uk for a fairly recent report on this. The shares still look too cheap! | sharetips
17/5/2010 21:32 | Yes, very encouraging results. £1m increase in cash in the 6m, makes the borrowings at £9m looks reasonably modest. Can see them getting net debt down to below £5m in 24m or so. Looking pretty solid. Could surprise on the upside given the level of contract wins coming through and given their reduced cost base. £10m market cap looks undervalued. | topvest
17/5/2010 18:46 | Excellent results today only confirms that recovery is well underway. Profit next year should be 50% ahead if it grows inline with the order book. Not many orderbooks up 50% in the current climate. Debt at 9 million should be reduced well next year. | battlebus
21/4/2010 21:32 | Yes, think this is looking good now. Dividend will be modest I suspect until they get the debt down further, but looking positive. | topvest
21/4/2010 07:34 | The recovery continues with a very positive update this A.M. | battlebus
22/3/2010 19:42 | Upwards and onwards | battlebus
21/3/2010 12:05 | I'm not sure that management will buy the company. They are pursuing a sensible strategy which will lead to debt reduction and significant value to shareholders. To buy now they would need to do a debt funded deal I suspect unless they get a PE backer. Given management have such a large stake already, they can make a lot more by pursuing the existing strategy and selling in 1-3 years time. A medium term strategy offers a great deal more for existing shareholers in my opinion. | topvest
21/3/2010 12:03 | As cheap as possible a guess 30p. What ever happens they will be better off as the shares are sure to rise mid term so keep buying till 30p. | battlebus
21/3/2010 11:25 | battlebus - if your view is correct , and it is taken out by management. The question is - how much will it be taken out for ?? In your opinion . | doj4rivers95
13/3/2010 08:29 | That,s why in my view this will be taken out by management. | battlebus
12/3/2010 23:13 | Great news it maybe, and recovery may well be on the way , but it seems SND is off the radar , as far as the market is concened , going by the amount of trades over the last two days. Perhaps the directors will be encouraged to buy some more , as no one else seems to be. | doj4rivers95
11/3/2010 22:41 | Topvest are you into the same shares as myself or vice versa or is it a case of great minds think alike. | battlebus
11/3/2010 21:44 | Great news. Recovery well on the way here. | topvest
11/3/2010 17:32 | Great trading update which i believe they have made with a little to much caution anyway next results will be good and 40p beckons. | battlebus
02/2/2010 18:52 | could take this out of the market at the current price for a song. Never a better time when the business is on the up. | battlebus
02/2/2010 08:10 | Looks good again this am 25000 buy has jumped the shares now 24 to buy 1000. | battlebus
01/2/2010 21:20 | Just looked at the accounts. They were the only shareholder with enough shares to sell!! | topvest
01/2/2010 14:48 | topvest - a question , the rns concerning Alchemy Parteners appears to have been issued at 14.11 today - how were you able to comment on this at 11.21 ????? I use digital outlook for my rns's - should I be using something else. ? | doj4rivers95
01/2/2010 11:41 | Hasn't really gone down.The MMs just widened the spread. | wjccghcc
01/2/2010 11:21 | Looks like Alchemy Partners have sold out. This is a very bullish signal as he has just put down £2m. The share price goes down. Madness! | topvest
01/2/2010 07:49 | Think its win Winn as he now owns 29.97% of the company. | battlebus
08/12/2009 08:12 | 55% revenues are recurring. Has helped to cushion the blow and enabled them to keep paying down debt. Good recovery potential here IMHO. | wjccghcc
07/12/2009 23:02 | Yes, Sanderson are a strong player with a quality revenue stream? | topvest
07/12/2009 17:12 | The Economy in the ROI is a basket case at present. Interesting that Sanderson have not been more adversely impacted, any thoughts on this?. | essentialinvestor |
