Bought a few this am - interesting link there sharetips and that director buying is super keen.

Nearly got these a year ago but was feeling a bit more fragile then.

Trading statement due soon too if the same as last year.

Have a look at www.brokerlink.co.uk for a fairly recent report on this. The shares still look too cheap!

Yes, very encouraging results. £1m increase in cash in the 6m, makes the borrowings at £9m looks reasonably modest. Can see them getting net debt down to below £5m in 24m or so. Looking pretty solid. Could surprise on the upside given the level of contract wins coming through and given their reduced cost base. £10m market cap looks undervalued.

Excellent results today only confirms that recovery is well underway. Profit next year should be 50% ahead if it grows inline with the order book. Not many orderbooks up 50% in the current climate. Debt at 9 million should be reduced well next year.

Yes, think this is looking good now. Dividend will be modest I suspect until they get the debt down further, but looking positive.

I'm not sure that management will buy the company. They are pursuing a sensible strategy which will lead to debt reduction and significant value to shareholders. To buy now they would need to do a debt funded deal I suspect unless they get a PE backer. Given management have such a large stake already, they can make a lot more by pursuing the existing strategy and selling in 1-3 years time. A medium term strategy offers a great deal more for existing shareholers in my opinion.

As cheap as possible a guess 30p. What ever happens they will be better off as the shares are sure to rise mid term so keep buying till 30p.

battlebus - if your view is correct , and it is taken out by management.

The question is - how much will it be taken out for ?? In your opinion .

Great news it maybe, and recovery may well be on the way , but it seems SND is off the radar , as far as the market is concened , going by the amount of trades over the last two days.

Perhaps the directors will be encouraged to buy some more , as no one else seems to be.

Looks like Alchemy Partners have sold out. This is a very bullish signal as he has just put down £2m. The share price goes down. Madness!

Think its win Winn as he now owns 29.97% of the company.

55% revenues are recurring. Has helped to cushion the blow and enabled them to keep paying down debt. Good recovery potential here IMHO.

The Economy in the ROI is a basket case at present.

Interesting that Sanderson have not been more adversely impacted,
any thoughts on this?.
