iStar Financial Declares Regular Quarterly Common Dividend

NEW YORK, April 2  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- iStar Financial Inc. (NYSE: SFI), a leading publicly traded finance company focused on the commercial real estate industry, announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.825 per share for the quarter ended March 31, 2007. The $0.825 dividend is payable on April 30, 2007 to holders of record on April 16, 2007.
