Sagicor Financial Corporation Limited (the "Company")
Long Term Incentive Plan - Listing Application
The Company has applied for a further 2,061,513 common shares of par value USD $0.01 each (the "Shares") in the capital of the Company to be admitted to the standard segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange.
The Shares have been issued and allotted by the Company to eligible existing employees pursuant to the Company's long term incentive plan.
The Shares will be fully paid, non-assessable and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued common shares of the Company.
Admission is expected to occur on 12 September 2017.
