Sage was notified that on 29 December 2020, Jillian Marie Bates, PCA to John Bates, a Non-executive Director of Sage, purchased 8,400 ordinary shares of 1 (4/77) pence each in Sage at a price of 592 pence per share and 8,335 ordinary shares of 1 (4/77) pence each in Sage at a price of 596.80 pence per share.
