Sage announces that Sue Goble, who is a member of the Executive Committee of Sage, has exercised options over 3,220 ordinary shares of 1(4/77) pence each in Sage at an option price of 559 pence per share under The Sage Save and Share Plan on 8 September 2020. The options were originally granted on 1 June 2017 and matured on 1 August 2020. The resultant total shareholding of Sue Goble is 30,030 ordinary shares of 1(4/77) pence in Sage.
