So many 'o' trade sells again this morning, assuming they were shares bought at the flotation the sellers are losing the divi and the entitlement to the bonus shares...giving an annualised return of just over 8%

As a result of this, I am delighted to be able to announce in our first year as a listed company that we are recommending a dividend of 4.1p per share. This dividend is pro-rata for the proportion of the financial year post IPO and equates to 6.0p per share on an annualised basis. The final dividend will be paid on 30 June 2015

The only thing that will sustain a price over 190p is a bid or at the least a rumour of a bid!!!

Yes, but isn't the trading pattern weird with this share ?? One minute its up 3 or 4p then back down, but the price never seems to change much. Certainly doesn't like to go over 190.

So the day finished not too bad, what we need now is to see the resistance at 190 broken then of course breaking 200 will be the target.

From memory i think they only floated about a thrd of the company so the 1 for 20 share bonus will have little impact on the share price, more to the point will the bonus shares qualify for the first divi.?

Doubt it Darias, too many old gets out there, and rising, good solid share, plus we should know what divi they will be paying soon.

So.

We are going to see a watering down of stock in May with a sell off shortly after.

You would have to be crazy to buy now.

Shares go 'x' 29th May and should be added to your account on the 5th June
....information courtesy of Google.

If anyone buys now they will not get the shares on that purchase, as I said you had to buy them at the IPO to qualify.

Not many old stagers could recover from a fall like that without ending up in A&E.

Not really understanding much of that to be fair.

Just for the record I am short SAGA, I wouldn't be a buyer at these levels.

I'd buy at £1.50 but no higher.
