It's all in the wording the word being "anticipated"

Commissioning and ramp-up leading to anticipated flow rates in the range of 30,000-40,000 scm per day, equivalent to 190-250 barrels of oil equivalent per day (boepd)

Bad, they are looking to slowly increase output, and will invest to bring St. Alberto online towards year end. Initial estimates from BOD hope for 25000 cm/d from St. Alberto, although they obviously don't know until it is flowing.

I subscribe to HSR (just for fun) and was surprised at the sell note as well looked very positive in the am.

I did wonder why the share price tanked after a very strong start y/d.

All thats pretty well known Affe you've only got read shareProphets to know that.He's told subscribers to take profits,a bit disappointed he as when he had a target of 12p but hey that's life and it doesn't mean the share price wont move higher.He told folks to sell plenty of other stocks which have gone higher,his tips are there for short term gain,if it looks like it's going to take longer he tells em to sell,simples.

Either way - TW's update is utter pish - so either he knows something that he's not saying or he is having a huff over something.
