Grant of Options

Safestyle UK plc, the leading retailer and manufacturer of PVCu replacement windows and doors to the UK homeowner market, announces the granting of awards under the Safestyle UK plc 2017 Performance Share Plan ("PSP"), to Executive Directors of the Company.

On 27 June 2019, the Company granted to Mike Gallacher (Chief Executive Officer) and Rob Neale (Chief Financial Officer) an aggregate of 327,273 nil-cost options over ordinary shares in the Company (the "Options") pursuant to the PSP, subject to performance criteria, as follows:

The Options are subject to the achievement of performance conditions and vest over a period of three years from the date of grant.

The Options are equivalent to 0.40 per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital. In total 5,447,525 Options are now outstanding, representing approximately 6.6 per cent of the Company's current issued share capital. The total number of Ordinary Shares currently in issue is 82,789,083.
