Safestyle UK plc, the leading retailer and manufacturer of PVCu replacement windows and doors to the UK homeowner market, announces that it has been notified of the following dealings by Alan Lovell, Non-Executive Chairman.

On 26 March 2020, Safestyle was notified that Alan Lovell purchased 30,000 ordinary shares of GBP0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 20.7 pence per Ordinary Share, following which, Alan holds 160,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.19% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
