01/5/2018 21:03 | Well at least the hapless MD is going. New guy looks like he is no fool. New Chairman and CEO in a matter of a few days. That's looking more positive. It's not as if this company is a basket case. Good bedrock for recovery if played right. Time will tell. | topvest
01/5/2018 08:32 | You will buy my windows uttered at gun point no doubt | joe say

27/4/2018 07:40 | Hope you're wrong Cowboy company in a largely cowboy industry Read the Which survey - buy local, where service matters rather than from a lowly rated national (SFE, Everest, Anglia et al) Your days are over | joe say
26/4/2018 21:24 | Hope you are right then they can start paying even half the duvidend. | tonygardener
26/4/2018 21:23 | So people leave because they got better offers. You make it sound they were taken at gun point? Surely if paid well and valued you stay? | tonygardener
26/4/2018 21:19 | That's a relief. People didn't go their own accord? | tonygardener
26/4/2018 19:49 | No, it won't go bankrupt. It's going to take a while to sort out the mess...not everyone left of their own accord!!!..data and info has been stolen, and weeding out the perpetrators takes time.the company may shrink a little , but there is big money behind Safestyle, and it will emerge , maybe leaner , but profitable.....it does have a new state of the art production plant....something other companies do not have!! I don't think it's going to roll over for anybody!!!. there is plenty of business out there for everyone!! | tobyteddy
26/4/2018 19:03 | Does anyone think they will go bankrupt? If so when? | tonygardener
26/4/2018 19:01 | I need the money... dividend? Will do weeding? | tonygardener
26/4/2018 18:59 | any body want there grass cutting? Will cut one lawn and do other free? | tonygardener
26/4/2018 12:32 | Not true - contacted two local firms (one the top rated on Checkatrade within 30 miles of my home who quoted by email The other I met with on my own the other night I would recommend the approach of either and hopefully the cowboys of this world (SFE et al) go to the wall Bye | joe say
26/4/2018 12:02 | Pretty much standard industry practice. | essentialinvestor
26/4/2018 11:57 | Not many firms will. I went on a one leg appointment yesterday didn't sell it didn't quote it either... rebooked it for 9am this morning when both parties where home and sold a deal... | g2theary
26/4/2018 10:55 | For those that wonder why this company is failing let me tell you as a customer seeking a quote SFE refused to come out to see me tonight as my wife couldn't make it !!!! Happily there are plenty more fish in the sea so personally hope to see the share price continue its slide - its the perfect illustration of how not to do business Meanwhile I'll take my business elsewhere - gladly | joe say
26/4/2018 00:27 | Yeah fair point. I work for a smaller home improvements firm and there's work out there at the moment. I heard about Safe Glaze and them taking the top billers. Allegedly the founder of Safe Style has put up 10M to set up Safe Glaze. I know a guy who works for Safe-style and he's doing ok at the moment. I bought 10k shares yesterday morning as a punt. I should have shorted these when I found out just after Christmas... these is so much money in this game it's hard not to make money... it's Wednesday I've earned £2700 in commission already and the firm I work for is no where near as big as these... I am an externally good sales rep I may add ... ha blow my own trumpet. But people are still spending big on Home improvements. All IMO but I have knowledge of the field. | g2theary
25/4/2018 21:25 | You buy one you lose your money, I say you buy one you lose your money and remember there’s free shambles Haha | bigdazzler
25/4/2018 20:58 | So bigchip - do you still work for them? If all the good folk jumped ship and went to Safeglaze - why did they leave you behind? Are you the spy in the camp? | kazoom
25/4/2018 20:42 | Dying dog . The new team don't understand the complexity of this trade.all the managers left all the sales left surveyors head office team all moved over .. drop the dead donkey ... oh wait a min I don't know what I'm talking about ..but then may be I do I know more than you lot speculating on a dead horse rotting in a field. The train has derailed . | bigchipflipflop
25/4/2018 20:42 | It's one thing to be a competitor, and another thing to try and run a company into the ground by underhand and illegal methods. i'm sure things will become apparent pretty soon. I'm sure safestyle aren't sitting around letting all this happen....it may take awhile but they do have big money behind them ,and really good Lawyers!! | tobyteddy
25/4/2018 19:34 | Agreed. However, if I am right in my assumption that the top performers have been poached, cash generation through lack of sales will soon become apparent and could prove very difficult to recover from? | copter pilot
25/4/2018 17:26 | The "time" to short this was realistically at 160... it's still a possible short but much more of a gamble. If I'm right in saying these have very little debt and still cash generative? | g2theary
24/4/2018 19:46 | Mitu Misra was the man at the helm of Safe Style prior to LSE listing. Interesting to note that the newly appointed FD at Safe Glaze (Niamac Developments) according to Companies House is Aarti Rani Misra. Not sure what relationship (if any) Aarti has to Mitu however, it is possible that they are within the same family??? In any direct sales organisation like this, 80% of the sales will come from 20% of the sales force. If Safe Glaze has managed to recruit these 'top performers', this will prove very difficult for Safe Style to recover from??? I'm asking myself is this time to short??? | copter pilot |
