Grant of Options

Further to the announcement on 19 June 2018, Safestyle UK plc, the leading retailer and manufacturer of PVCu replacement windows and doors to the UK homeowner market, announces the granting of awards under the Safestyle UK plc 2017 Performance Share Plan ("PSP") to Robert "Rob" Neale, Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

On 15 August 2018, the Company granted Rob Neale 350,000 nil-cost options over ordinary shares of GBP0.01 in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the PSP, subject to certain performance criteria (the "Options").

The Options are subject to the achievement of performance conditions and vest over a period of three years from the date of grant.

The Options are equivalent to 0.42 per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital. In total 3,029,527 Options are now outstanding, representing approximately 3.7 per cent of the Company's current issued share capital. The total number of Ordinary Shares currently in issue is 82,789,083.
